- Brief history about surfski
- Safety equipment
- Safety at sea
- Reading the weather
- Surfski Anatomy
- The wing paddle
- Basic paddling technique
- Remount theory
- Remount practice
- Paddling practice
By completing this course you will be entitled to 4 free group sessions held on Wednesdays at 5:30pm to be comleted within 5 weeks of completing the course
